supporting mitt romney. you have one ad that said -- i'm paraphrasing obvious a -- but one ad said officially barack obama is a nice guy who couldn't get the job done. that's one of the attacks. in the next commercial break you have an ad that says barack obama was never a nice guy. he's a radical socialist, clean energy lunatic who's trying to take your job. and the result is, more money actually didn't feed into a larger narrative in a way that i think the romney campaign would have preferred. the second thing that the super pac money is less effective now is that under fec rules, or fcc rules, super pacs campaigns are able to get the lowest available rates for the advertising on television advertising right now, right before an election. super pacs are not able to do that. super pacs in the same market are spending far more, sometimes twice or three times as much in the campaign is to get the same money. the third reason i think that you are seeing super pacs been less effective now than they were early o
